The ECBA program is intended for those responsible  for Business analysis at the entry level. Successfully completing this Salesforce Busisness Analysis, ECBA, IIBA endorsed course prepares the candidate for a higher level of job performance that can be used by hiring managers across all industries and geographic regions. In addition to the Business Analysis experience component, practical experience using Salesforce Salesforce is acquired through a practical case study.
